is also an email address ours-inn@mbf.sphere.ne.jp so it might be
possible to reserve by mail, but I have never tried.
Map: Apparently no map available from their homepage, but
it is easy. Very close to the Oimachi station, two stations from Shinagawa.
Access:1 minutes on foot from Oimachi Station on Rinkai Line or JR
Keihin-Tohoku Line.
Price (single): 5500 yens
Room style European (but please read "my opinion".
Breakfast: Not included (or I didn't find it), but there is a coffee
place at the ground floor where you can have a breakfast set for 500 yens
approximately.
Breakfast style: Western style.
Internet: No.
TV: I don't remember.
Other: No bath in the room.
Convenient for: Shinagawa, southern part of Tokyo.
My opinion: That's probably one of the cheapest places in Tokyo.
PROs: very cheap, very nice common bath at the top floor, from where
you have an incredible night view of Tokyo, and very close to the center
of Tokyo. For that price range, you usually have to be about 1 hour away
from the center, and even so it is not easy to find such a low rate.

CONs: no internet in the room and I guess not in the lobby either. No
bathroom in the room, toilet seat only. On top of that, the separarions
between the rooms ar no real walls, but rather more partitions (about
2m high or so, anyway not up to the ceiling). This gives you some
privacy, but that's not a real room.

I would recommend this hotel for a temporary stay of 1 or 2 nights,
I would also recommend it for traveling students for whom it is important
to save 1000 ~ 1500 yens, but not for a 2-week business trip. In this
latter case, you should rather try the Toyoko Inn (see other article).
