Purchase terms and conditions
Thank you for visiting our online store.
This page explains the general buying conditions on this site. This is followed by
a short tutorial explaining how to buy our products.
1. Terms and conditions
Please read the following carefully and do not hesitate to contact us if there
is any issue you would like to clarify.
1.1. Payment methods
For all the countries except Japan, PassWorld accepts payments only by PayPal
for small amounts (i.e. under 2000 Euros). Please contact us if you rant to pay
by bank transfer.
1.2. Confidentiality of your credit card data
PassWorld does not and will never ask you for your credit card detail.
All the credit card issues are delegated to PayPal. Therefore, before
buying our products, you agree that PassWorld YK cannot be liable for
any credit card related loss.
1.3. Other personal data
The minimal personal data we need is your name and your address (billing and
shipping addresses if different). We will not give these data to any third
party. We will receive your address through PayPal. Be sure it is correct!
1.4. Tax
All the taxes due to the regulations of the buyer's country are the responsibility
of the buyer. We do not charge VAT for international shippings.
1.5. Shipping methods
We will ship the goods with the most cost-effective shipping method with a
tracing method. We usually use the Japanese post standard internal shipping
which delivers products in a decent delay (about 3~5 business days for Japan
to Europe) and allows internet tracing.
We can also ship goods using a carrier of your choice, but the shipping
expense may change. Please contact us in such a case.
2. Buying a product
This tutrial will explain you how to buy our products using PayPal.
- In the product pages, there are purchase areas (a table summarizing the
items found on a page). Press "buy" at the right of the product info line.
- At that point, you will be redirected to PayPal homepage, and you will
see a summary of what you bought. If you want to buy more than 1 item, simply
enter the quantity in the proper field and then press "update cart".
- You can go back to PassWorld page, your information should not be lost.
Then, you can continue shopping. If you buy another product, one line will
be added to your previous order.
- At any time, you can verify the contents of your shopping cart.
Press the button at the top right of the product price table.
- In case you make a mistake, you can check the "remove" box and then
update your cart.
- Once you finished your purchase, verify carefully the summary page, check
that the quantities are right, that the currency is right, etc... then
you can proceed to checkout by pressing the button at the bottom right of
PayPal's cart contents page.
- If you have already a PayPal account, you can just enter your email
and your password.
If you don't (which is likely to be the case since you are reading
this tutorial), then create one by pressing "continue" in the "Don't have
a PayPal" area.
